I started playing the original classic, Diablo in 1999, at AF Station Yelahanka, Bangalore. This was followed by Diablo II, & Diablo II: LOD between Y2k-2002... my formative years as an amateur gamer - at Students' Hostel, Basera, AF Station Jalahalli (E), Bangalore. There goes my Electronics Engineering Degree.
Ever since 2002-03, through my MBA at Hyderabad and a corporate life spanning Mumbai & Delhi, I have waited for this game to be announced. As I have mentioned elsewhere in this blog - there is something so right about a deserving sequel...
Thank You, Blizzard guys!! You have made millions of us wait and wait forever... but you made up for this by announcing the game... You rock!!
I already await the release of Diablo III in India. Time to check out the stores... even if it's just too exorbitant, I will try to avoid Nehru place this once... And while I don't know the details yet, I hope apart from my PC this one's available for my PS2 as well!!
